Our long and seemingly relaxed “interview” is the major assessment tool we use and this is done in our office over a lengthy period of time. This gives us time to allow the candidate to feel relaxed and due to the questions we ask, we find out quite a bit about the candidate’s personality and abilities.
If you have already approached and interviewed a candidate but are hesitant or unsure of the person’s ability or personality, we are happy to provide a “second opinion” as an additional one-off service.
At BBR we reference check our candidates thoroughly, speaking to at least three, sometimes four referees. References are provided to our client as soon as they are complete, in writing for your files.
