Sourcing Candidates

We have a fairly large but certainly high quality database of potential candidates, which we would of course source as a starting point.  We would simultaneously place an advertisement on online ad (at our own expense) in order to attract any additional “current” candidates.  In the case of very specialised roles we bypass advertising, and rely on our own contacts in the fields, including both candidates currently employed and our affiliate agencies interstate, to broaden and extend our search to those candidates who may not be looking at the present time.  This is very important because some of the best candidates available are those who are not looking and are happy in the role they are in at the time.
